Five thousand years ago
in the Himalayas, one of the greatest sages of India, Srila Vyasadeva
wrote down the Vedas for the first time, this included a limb of which
is called Ayurveda: "The science of Life" (Ayur means life
and Veda means science). The Vedas came from an oral tradition that
reached back into antiquity. Srila Vyasadev entrusted the original copies
of the texts with his most erudite and enlightened disciples, who, along
with other great sages, inaugurated a very long sacrificial ceremony
for hundreds of years for the purification and blessings of the entire
world. Remember people lived for one to two thousand years back then.
During that time, they studied and discussed these ancient texts with
their own disciples, who wrote commentaries, and expanded and developed
these original and eternal truths without ever altering them.s fitting

Ayurveda is a science that teaches how
to live in a true and natural balance. This is not limited to the proper
functioning of our mind, body and soul but extends further in establishing
a natural and balanced relationship with the nature as a whole. This
includes a balanced relationship between us and all the creatures, our
family members, our friends, our colleagues at the place of work and
also the work, the climate and the society we live in, our ideas and
customs, and finally with truth and God. Ayurveda teaches how to maintain
this balance. As long as we can maintain this balance we are healthy
and when there is imbalance there is disease, unhappiness and misery.
Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science.
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which means "The Science of Life."
Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and
is often called the "Mother of All Healing". It stems from the
ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an
oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Some of this
knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is
inaccessible. The principles of many, if not all, natural healing systems
now familiar in the West, such as Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy, have
their roots in Ayurveda.
The Acupunctural Tibetan Psychotherapy
offers powerful processes that can help just about anyone to
achieve freedom from the emotions that have created problems in their
lives. These techniques are very different from others in the area
of psychology in this century and have been used successfully for
centuries with thousands of people with a broad range of difficulties.
What Is Acupunctural Tibetan Psychotherapy?
Acupunctural Tibetan
Psychotherapy can dramatically relieve emotional disturbances along
with many physical symptoms. It often works in a few minutes, its results
are usually long lasting, and side effects are almost always positive.
Tibetan Psychotherapy uses the traditional
knowledge evolved during centuries, it is versatile and has been used
confidently by hundreds of Lamas and Amchis (therapists) on thousands
of clients with success on even the most difficult problems, by relieving
the psychosomatic and psychological symptoms of imbalances in their
clients' energy and spiritual systems.
The Energy System
Acupunctural Tibetan Psychotherapy
only makes sense if it is related to the human energy viewed as a whole
(wholistic) system encompassing the spiritual, mental ad physical
dimensions. It is not necessary to persue any of the Tibetan, hindus
or Himalayan belief systems, if only to be positive and open to sharing
their concepts and practices, and accordingly to receive the positive
benefits of using these techniques.
In addition to having a physical body
which is fueled by food, we humans also run on an intricate energy body
and mind system . This mental energy system holds the key to many of
the disturbances we experience in our daily lives. When it is out of
energy balance, sensed as charged negatively, our emotional life could
be compared to a car that is in desperate need of a tuning up. The symptoms
may take the form of any type of emotional disturbance, including phobias,
anger, depression, grief, guilt, anxiety, and a full range of fears,
to name a few. There may also be physical symptoms like pain, headaches,
asthma and tension that are related to the negative emotions. Energy
balancing through tibetan psychotherapy provides relief from the majority
of these psychosomatic disturbances. What is even better is that it
often provides relief in minutes and the results are usually long lasting.
How Emotional Release Works
Tibetan Psychotherapy can easily bring more insights to the established
beliefs within conventional psychology. It contends that the cause of
all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy and its related
spiritual entity, viewed as a system. With remarkable consistency, Tibetan
Psychotherapy relieves symptoms using mandalas, mantras, energy directed
flows, prana exercise, visualization and a range of techniques such as
specific points on the body that correspond with acupuncture points on
the energy meridians. Where there is an emotional imbalance, there is
a corresponding blockage in the flow of energy through the meridian system.
We release the blockages. When blockages are eased and released, the emotions
come into balance. Once balanced, the person cannot get upset about the
same past circumstance no matter how hard they try. The memory remains
but the charge is gone. Typically, the result is lasting and the person's
awareness usually changes in a positive way as a natural result of the
healing.
The Five Tibetans are a yogic system
of highlyenergizing postures and exercises that originated in the Himalayas.Unfortunately,
in occident these exercises are thaught without the relevantbackground.
Liberating and enhancing the innate energetic power of thehuman body
and mind, these five exercises take a minimum of daily time andeffort
but offer remarkable results in the way of increased physical strengthand
suppleness as well as mental acuity. In addition, these exercises can
be avehicle for enlivening the senses and generating and harnessing
energy for thepurpose of self-transformation.
In Occident people has discovered that regular practice of these postures
relievesmuscular tension and nervous stress, improves respiration and
digestion, benefitsthe cardiovascular system and leads to deep relaxation
and well-being tuning andenergizing the chakras.
